Goals:

| | The human body can heal itself as long as it gets the nutrition it desires. Explore what food types may be best for you, and in what combinations.

| | Learn how to properly prepare food so as not to lose all the nutrition it has to offer.
| | Your diet can have a direct effect on the speed and efficiency with which you recover from dis-ease. Discover cooking with essential oils.

A doctor relies on YOU for information about your symptoms, ailments, where it hurts, etc. in order to treat you and prescribe medication. How well do you know your body?

These workshops promote wellness through awareness. Awareness of your body and how it reacts to different stimuli by using the five senses: smell, taste, touch, sight, hearing. And, by developing your sixth sense of spiritual awareness, your body will gain a valuable partner in achieving and maintaining good health.

You will gain insight through journaling personal thoughts, emotions, and desires.

You will get in touch with your body, mind and spirit through daily yoga and meditation

You will begin to speed a healing process through the use of essential oils (aromatherapy) and vegetarian food.

reiki| | Using essential oil massage, discover points on your hands, feet and ears that directly correlate to various body parts to stimulate healing.
| | Learn how self-tapping on various acupressure points in the body (under the eye, the collarbone, etc.) can immediately relieve stress and improve circulation.
| | Discover the basics of reflexology to understand how your feet can balance energy flow, calm the nervous system, improve circulation, and assist the body in eliminating toxins.
